This highly interactive and practical course covers:
- Understanding what a project is – key characteristics
- Common project pitfalls
- The main phases of a project
- Project management terminology and assignment of duties
- Practical and simple tools for planning, estimating, and tracking project activities
- How to manage risks, changes, and stakeholders
- How to close a project.
This is a one day course delivered at our Cardonald Campus.
