Strategic Plan
This strategic plan was originally developed in 2019/20 and received Board approval shortly before the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic. With the agreement of the Board the launch and implementation of the plan was postponed allowing the space to reflect on the rapidly changing environment and the new challenges that would emerge post-pandemic.
In early 2022 a review of the plan was undertaken, and substantial revisions made to ensure it addressed the challenges ahead and embraced the many opportunities on the horizon.
The ambitious agenda detailed in this plan aims to release the full potential of Glasgow Clyde College to cement its position as the partner of choice for employers, the employer of choice for our members of staff and the College of choice for our communities.
