College football team wins tournament

Congratulations to students in our plumbing department who won the College Construction Cup Tournament, held recently at Edinburgh College.

This was the first time the event was held and it aimed to bring together teams from the same departments at different colleges together to play football, have some fun and connect. 

We're delighted that the Glasgow Clyde College team not only won the tournament but also won the Fair Play Award too. Some of these students met for the first time today and haven’t played a game together so to walk away with this and represent the college in a such great manner is a real credit to the players.
