Glasgow Clyde College Becomes Achilles Accredited Supplier

Glasgow Clyde College is pleased to announce that it has been awarded Achilles UVDB Silver accreditation, recognising the College’s strong commitment to quality, compliance, and responsible supplier management.

The Utilities Vendor Database (UVDB) is the industry‑leading pre‑qualification system used by major UK utilities companies. Accreditation enables suppliers to complete one standardised qualification process and gain visibility across the entire sector, opening the door to a wide range of contract opportunities.

To achieve this status, the College underwent a rigorous assessment and audit, demonstrating high standards in areas such as health and safety, environmental practices, governance, and operational performance.
