Yoga Beginners Plus is a course for those with some existing experience of yoga, who wish to develop their practice further. It is ideal for students who have already completed the beginners’ course or who have attended other yoga classes. This course will assume some knowledge of yoga but is designed to be accessible to students of different abilities, fitness levels and body types. Students will have the opportunity to develop and challenge themselves in a safe and welcoming environment.

What will I learn?

This Yoga Beginners Plus course focuses on building a strong and stable physical yoga practice. We will look at:

  • Building strength mindfully
  • Developing foundational poses
  • Challenging the mind and body in new poses
  • Using the breath to support the body
  • Building a positive relationship with the body, mind and breath
  • Exploring different types of yoga

This course is designed for those with some experience of yoga, who are interested in growing a strong and stable practice. The poses will offer a variety of levels of challenge, with some being of beginner level and some more difficult. The pace of the classes will also vary. The course is intended to be accessible for different abilities, fitness levels and body types, as poses can be adapted to suit your individual needs.
