What will I learn?
This uncertificated but fun and informative course will cover the following:
- Using new cookery skills and techniques
- Learning about various ingredients
- Essential equipment for cooking
- Food presentation skills
- Temperature control
- Important food hygiene practices
- Organisation within a kitchen

All food and equipment is provided.
We are unable to provide Halal meat; if you would like to use Halal meat then you are required to provide this yourself.
Entry requirements (minimum)
There are no entry requirements but you will need to bring the following to each class:
- Apron & comfy clothes
- Container to take your food home
- Dishcloth / Drying towel
