Project Management Fundamentals helps you run, manage, or actively participate in successful projects by investigating the essential project management skills and techniques needed to plan, organise, and deliver projects confidently and effectively.

What will I learn?

Project Management Fundamentals looks at project management essentials and best practice.

It includes an overview of:

  • the project lifecycle
  • key knowledge areas
  • practical skills for planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

It is designed to introduce key concepts and improve understanding of how projects work with a controlled and structured approach.

The workshop helps participants develop skills to manage projects and use project management tools and techniques.

This course includes a free project management template that participants can use in their organisations and businesses to run projects.

This is a two-day course delivered at our Cardonald Campus.

All materials are supplied by the college.
