Like the rest of the city, Glasgow Clyde College has Commonwealth Games fever. But it's not just all about sport - the warmth and culture of Glasgow is being celebrated over the next few weeks. A film by TV student Iain Henderson on Glaswegians, Glasgow landmarks and Glasgow traditions is being used by the Games to showcase the host city.
Shown at the Opening Ceremony warm up to 40,000 people at Celtic Park, 'The Wee 'hings' was directed, filmed and edited by Iain and features music by Scottish hip hop legend MOG. Iain won the chance to have his film shown at the Opening Ceremony at the Creative Scotland Student Media Awards.
Iain has been a student at the College since 2012 and recently completed the College's HND Creative Industries: Television course. If Iain's brilliant film is anything to go by, he is set for a very successful career.
