Each week you will learn how to measure and develop your personal effectiveness in different areas of your life.
This interactive course is delivered in a group setting, however, you will have the opportunity to work on specific areas that are most important to you, making this a completely individual development programme.
You will develop your self-awareness skills through theory and practical coaching exercises, as well as other techniques including guided visualisation.
To help you build upon what you have learned in class, you will be given practical exercises to apply to your life.
There will be opportunities to reflect on your experiences within the group as the weeks go by. This will provide an important chance to share any changes or challenges your experience in your ongoing development and allow peer learning.
