This course is designed for adults returning to study or those who wish to improve their qualifications. It offers students the opportunity to further their studies and gain the qualifications required for entry to courses within Fashion and Textiles.
Students will be able to use industrial and domestic machines, gain an understanding of both pattern cutting and garment construction as well as developing their design skills and textile knowledge of print and embroidered fabrics. Teaching takes place within our highly-equipped sewing rooms, design studios and print studio.
A detailed personal statement and one reference (preferably academic). The personal statement should explain why you wish to pursue a programme of study relating to Fashion and Textiles, and detail any previous experience in this field and demonstrate an interest in the subject matter.

For courses starting in August 2017, you can make up to two applications.
Applications are made to a course and a first choice of campus. If the course is oversubscribed at your first choice you will be automatically considered for alternative sites and may be made an offer without a further application.
