Tips for Positive Behaviour

Dealing with behavioural issues in children can be challenging. The Tips for Positive Behaviour course offered at Glasgow Clyde College aims to give participants an understanding of the way children behave and the root causes of behavioural issues in children.

We also cover strategies to help encourage better social skills and better behaviour in children, and help participants to understand which factors can help to enhance these attributes.

Learning the reasons children want to behave well can help with the implementation of strategies aimed at promoting good behaviour. This course can help parents, support workers and anyone in regular contact with children to help encourage positive behaviour.

The college offers a selection of child behavioural courses including managing challenging behaviour in children, and supporting children with additional support needs.
