Week 1: Introduction and Prawn Crostini demo

Week 2: Salmon and pine nut puff, sprouts with pancetta and chestnuts

Week 3: Wild mushroom tart, Mediterranean peppers

Week 4: Honeycomb parfait, savoury bread

Week 5: Genoese apple cake, peas and pancetta

Week 6: Tiramisu alla nutella, Garlic and rosemary potatoes

Week 7: Salsciccia e fagioli (Italian sausage with beans), cantuccini biscuits

Week 8: Orange panettone and crema di mascarpone

This is a sample menu of what is on offer and many more dishes will be added.
