We are looking for a friendly, customer focused individual to join our Student Services Unit. You will provide a front facing, quality service by dealing with all enquiries to the College, acting as the first point of contact for all students and visitors, providing information with regards to a wide range of queries.


The successful candidate will be educated to SCQF level 6 (Higher level) or equivalent with previous experience of working within a customer focused environment.  You will direct students and visitors to appropriate individuals, services and locations.  Excellent communication skills are essential for this role along with competence in the use of a computerised switchboard and ICT applications.  Other responsibilities will include ordering taxis and general administrative duties.  Working cross campus may be required by prior arrangement.
