Glasgow Clyde College is seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic individual to join our Facilities Team.

The Building Co-ordinator will be responsible for ensuring a high quality, customer focused estates and facilities service is delivered across the campus.  The post holder will lead the building facilities team at their campus, providing an efficient and effective service delivery of all campus maintenance works, security, stores, janitorial, porterage and mailroom services.

The post holder will manage all buildings related activity throughout the campus ensuring contracted works and services are achieved to specification and are compliant with all related legislative requirements.  The Building Co-ordinator will be leading the facilities team, and it is essential that candidates have management experience within a business critical client environment as well working knowledge of Building Management Systems.
