Temporary & Bank Lecturing Opportunities


Glasgow Clyde College is a welcoming, ambitious and innovative College committed to seeing potential, finding solutions and achieving more.


To supplement our permanent teams we have a team of 'bank staff' who provide cover for planned and unplanned shortfalls in staffing, covering vacancies and staff absences as well as bringing specific required skills for short periods of time. We are seeking enthusiastic, driven staff that share our ethos and commitment to our students.


We require experienced, dynamic individuals to join our bank staff register and teach in the following areas within our Faculties:


·         Accounting

·         Healthcare – Nursing Background  

·         Additional Support for Learning




The successful candidates will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, work to their own initiative and relate well to student groups.  You will support excellence in learning through the preparation and delivery of high quality learning, teaching and assessment materials.  Candidates must be qualified in the chosen subject area and previous teaching or training experience will be considered advantageous. 


In return, the College will enhance your skills with various training and development opportunities and provide you with a generous annual leave entitlement of 62 days including 13 public holidays (pro rata).


A Disclosure Scotland PVG Check will be required for successful candidates.
