This Baking Beginners course is fun, informative and will give you the skills and techniques to bakes small bakes and cakes for the whole family to enjoy
What will I learn?
In this Small Bakes Beginners course, you'll be taught a variety of skills and techniques for traditional bakes with a modern twist. Some of which may include but are not limited to:
- How to bake cakes (sponge, chocolate cake, coffee cake)
- Seasonal Loafs (Madeira, Gingerbread, Sultana)
- Vienesse biscuits

- Brownies and Biscuits
- Coconut Tarts
- Scones
As well as some traditional sweet treets

Note: You will be advised what ingrediants and supplies to bring before each class.
You'll be taught by Maggie who has over 30 years Industry experience in Craft Baking and Cake Decoration .
Maggie is an award winner and also a Gold Medallist Salon Culinaire winner for the full of the UK & Ireland.
