This cake decorating course is for anyone looking for a fun, challenging and rewarding experience.

This course is suitable for those who have no experience.

You will be welcomed into a friendly class where you will learn how to decorate a different cake each week and make new friends.

What will I learn?

There is no baking component to this course, only decoration.

You'll be taught a variety of skills and techniques which may include but are not limited to:

Piping
Decoration of a celebration cake, covering a cake board and practising easy roses
Buttercreaming and covering a celebration cake
Drip cake
Seasonal bouquet
Seasonal cupcakes
Seasonal/theme-inspired cake
Cake of your choice (final week).

Please note:

Recipes will be issued prior to starting including an email detailing materials/equipment required for the course
Instruction will be given with a step-by-step process on the night.
