Yoga for mobility is designed to be simple, accessible and informative. In this class you will work your body to increase flexibility, build strength and develop a positive approach to mobility.
Ideal for newcomers to yoga, this course will also introduce simple breathing techniques and meditations.
Throughout the course, you will practice yoga exercises that can help to increase mobility in different areas of the body and improve overall flexibility, fitness and comfort. The focus will be on the internal experience of your body and the sensations felt when practicing, rather than how the poses look.

This course is suitable for all experience levels, including absolute beginners. The practices are designed to be accessible for those with mobility restrictions and injuries, but if you would like to talk about accessibility please get in touch.
You don’t need any experience of yoga to take this class, but you will need the following:
- Yoga mat
You are welcome to bring other yoga props if you would like to, such as blocks or bolsters, but these are not required.
