NQ Professional Catering Skills - Level 5 (January 2018)

This course aims to provide you with a flexible programme of knowledge, understanding and practical skills relevant to the catering industry.  It is aimed at young people who have recently left school and mature adult returners who are looking to re-enter education or employment in a professional kitchen and further their career in the catering industry.

  • REHIS Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate 

Entry requirements (minimum)

  • Practical Cookery Level 4
  • Professional Cookery Level 4 or Industrial experience equivalent - advantageous

  • NQ Professional Cookery Level 6
