NPA Professional Cookery (Level 4)

This catering course at Glasgow Clyde College is designed to prepare students for entry to the hospitality industry at a basic level, or as preparation for entry to NQ Practical Cookery Level 5 or NQ Professional Cookery Level 5.

The emphasis is on gaining practical cookery skills, experience and knowledge of the hospitality industry.

Entry requirements (minimum)

  • No formal entry qualifications are required
  • Interest in the Catering and Hospitality Industry
  • An interview will be part of the selection process
  • Proof of residency will be required.
