Lifelong Learning

The Lifelong Learning programme offers lifelong learning opportunities for adults who need additional support for learning. The programme aims to support lifelong learning, personal development, self-determination and social inclusion. 

Teaching takes place in informal small groups, usually of 9-12 students. Places are limited.

The College aims to offer places to those students most able to learn effectively with others at the level the particular class is aimed at.

Entry requirements (minimum)

  • Successful completion of appropriate assessment for each class applied for. This ensures that places are offered to students who are most able to learn with others at the level each class is aimed at.
  • Returning students will be assessed by subject tutors and interviewed by guidance staff and advised of suitable progression routes.
