Introduction to Catering - Level 4 (January 2018)

This catering course at Glasgow Clyde College is designed to prepare students for entry to the hospitality industry at a basic level, or as preparation for entry to NQ Professional Cookery Level 5. The emphasis is on gaining practical cookery skills, experience and knowledge of the hospitality industry.  There is also a focus on transferable skills, employability and personal development.

Entry requirements (minimum)

  • No formal qualifications are required for this course
  • Interest in Catering & Hospitality Industry
  • An interview will be part of the selection process
  • Proof of residency will be required.
