This catering course at Glasgow Clyde College is designed to prepare students for entry to the hospitality industry at a basic level, or as preparation for entry to NQ Professional Cookery Level 5. The emphasis is on gaining practical cookery skills, experience and knowledge of the hospitality industry. There is also a focus on transferable skills, employability and personal development.

Applications are made to a course and a first choice of campus. If the course is oversubscribed at your first choice you will be automatically considered for alternative sites and may be made an offer without a further application.
