Report Writing

This full day course, which is designed to improve report writing skills and written expression, is beneficial for those involved in writing operational and strategic plans, formal reports or undertaking research and evaluation. It is relevant for employees at various levels across an organisation.

Course content

  • selecting and organising complex information
  • identifying key information from written and/or oral sources 
  • how to structure a formal report 
  • analytical and evaluation skills 
  • formal written expression. 

This course is practical in nature and can be contextualised around an individuals or companies workplace setting in terms of the reports they are required to produce.

Online support is available for 3 weeks following the course. A Skills Grant may be available to your company or organisation which can pay up to 50% of the cost.

This course is eligible for SDS Individual Learning Account (ILA) funding.
