Italian Cookery

This Italian cookery course will give you the skills to prepare, cook and serve mouth-watering Italian dishes, such as:

  • meatballs and fresh basil sauce
  • lasagne
  • spicy Italian sausage in tomato sauce
  • minestrone soup
  • rosemary and sea salt focaccia bread
  • creamy mushroom risotto
  • chicken cacciatore and sun-dried tomato mash
  • marscapone and lime cheesecake
  • tiramisu.

Ingredients and materials

You will be required to bring your own apron and ingredients to each class - your tutor will advise the week before.
