Creating Customer Excellence

This workshop is about developing awareness of the personal skills, attitudes and behaviours that influence the customer experience.

It is also about ensuring individuals take personal responsibility for customer service.

Course content

  • recognise the importance of excellent customer service
  • explain best practice when dealing with customers
  • demonstrate how to deal effectively with complaints
  • explain standards for answering the telephone
  • identify procedures for transferring calls
  • build a practice of continuous improvement into your workload.
