This course will show you how to prepare delicious Chinese dishes, such as:
You will be required to bring your own wok and utensils, plus all relevant meat, vegetables, sauces and essentials to class - your tutor will tell you in advance what you need to bring.
If agreed, tutor will bring all other condiments and food to cook. Students will pay £2 towards all these plus sampling and drinks.
